Administrative Quality Representative

A quality representative is determined by the unit manager in each administrative unit. Duties of administrative quality representatives are listed below. 

  • Quality units report their periodic activities and PACT (PUKÖ) cycles to the Quality Coordinator in July and January.
  • Quality units, quality systems and program accreditations in the academic and administrative units they are affiliated with report the relevant processes to the unit manager. The unit manager reviews the incoming reports and forwards them to the quality coordinator.
