ETHICS COMMISSION
Scientific research and publication ethics committees of the Council of Higher Education are established in the fields of social and human sciences, health sciences, and science and engineering sciences. These boards consist of nine members elected by the President of the Council of Higher Education for a period of two years from among the faculty members working in different fields from the social and human sciences, science and engineering sciences and health sciences of the universities. The secretariat and rapporteur of scientific research and publication ethics committees are carried out by the Legal Counselor of the Council of Higher Education. The commission, the applications of our academic staff regarding scientific research and projects, thesis/research etc. of internal and external academic staff and students surveys, interviews, etc., which they offer to request the application within the scope of their work. It organizes meetings, primarily on the agenda, for the evaluation of the appropriateness of its work and takes decisions regarding these meetings.
